Ms. Rosetta Scipio-Lee Rosetta 'Norma' Scipio-Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Master's degree in Public Administration. She began her working career in Trinidad and Tobago where she spent 14 years as a weekly and also daily newspaper journalist focusing and highlighting the plights and needs of the less fortunate.

Rosetta has served as an adjunct professor of Urban Studies at Long Island University and from 2019 has been an adjunct professor of Public Administration at John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she lectures in the Public Administration Department. She also serves as an Assistant Director at one of New York city's healthcare facilities.

According to Rosetta, what energizes her is seeing success in her efforts to assist others.
