  • Etta D. Jackson Board Chair/Founder/CEO

    Ms. Jackson holds a B.A. in Biology from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and two M.S. degrees: one in Psychoanalytic Counseling and Development from Long Island University-Brooklyn and the other in Administrative Leadership and Supervision from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

  • Jeanne-Marie Col Board Vice-Chair

    Jeanne-Marie is Associate Professor of Public Administration at John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City University of New York where she is Academic Director of the Online Masters in Public Administration Inspector-General Program (OMPAIG), Coordinator of the Saturday Program, and Founder/Advisor for the specialization in International Inspection and Oversight.

  • Ms. Maeva Charles Board Member

    Ms. Maeva Charles is passionate about innovative sustainability approaches. As a consultant at Deloitte Canada, she has been involved in many national and international projects to support companies and organizations, including the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, in their progress towards sustainable development.

  • Ms. Carol Martindale-Padmore, Esq. Board Member/Legal Advisor

    Ms. Carol Martindale-Padmore holds a LLB from the University of Guyana, Guyana, and a Post-Graduate Certification from the Hugh Wooding Law School, Trinidad.

  • Ms. Grace Rahmé Board Member

    Ms. Grace Ng Rahmé is an entrepreneur, attorney, and philanthropist, dedicated to improving the lives of others and promoting sustainable development. With family in Asian and Middle Eastern countries that are afflicted with extreme poverty and chaos, ICGC's mission to help the U.N. achieve its sustainable development goals to transform our world through the Millennium Earth Project is deeply personal to Grace.

  • Dr. Pan Suk Kim Board Member

    Dr. Pan Suk Kim is a Professor of Public Administration in the College of Government and Business at Yonsei University, Wonju Campus in South Korea. He is currently the Editor-in- Chief of the Asian Review of Public Administration (ARPA) and editorial board member of several major international journals.

  • Ms. Jessica Lowing Board Secretary

    Ms. Jessica received her BS in Fashion Design from Philadelphia University and after several years in the industry, decided to pursue an MS in Urban Policy and Leadership at Hunter College, CUNY. Her professional interests lie in social equity and poverty mitigation as part of global sustainable development.

  • Ms. Nafy Ngom Board Member

    Ms. Nafy graduated as a Civil Administrator from the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM). Following a one-year training course she became a member of the Value for Money Audit (VFM) Team in the health sector at the Office of the Auditor General of Québec (Canada).

  • Ms. Sarah Francis Director of Stakeholder Engagement

    Ms. Sarah holds a MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and the Earth Institute. She is currently a Senior Fellow at the Environmental Leadership Program and serves on the Advisory Board for BioPhilly, a cross-disciplinary organization which strives to coordinate citywide greening initiatives across sectors to ensure the preservation and fostering of urban wild habitat.

  • Gregory LeMaire GeoDesign Associate

    Greg LeMaire is GeoDesign Associate at The Institute for Conscious Global Change (ICGC). In his role Greg is helping advance the mission of MEP, to fundamentally change the way humanity lives in and creates their environment, using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Geo-design.

  • Mr. Milind Joshi Webmaster and Server Administrator

    Milind Joshi is the founder of 'Multistream Software Consultancy', a technology consulting company based in Mumbai, India. He has more than 20 years experience in the information technology field, working in a multicultural environment.

  • Mr. Kenny Lohr Project Manager and GIS Administrator

    Kenny Lohr is a GIS professional currently employed by the City of Titusville, Florida. In Titusville, Kenny has served as the City's GIS Coordinator since January of 2008. In that capacity, he has implemented a ground-up GIS which services multiple departments througout the City.

  • Mr. Albert Angzenaa GIS Specialist

    Mr. Albert Angzenaa holds a BA in Integrated Development Studies with specialization in Environment and Natural Resources Management from the University for Development Studies in Ghana. He has recently completed his MSc in Geographical Information Systems from the University of Leicester in the UK.

  • Mr. Brian Ledder GeoDesign Lead

    Mr. Brian holds a Bachelor of Art in Architecture and a Master of Science in Geodesign. He leverages these skills sets as a real estate developer committed to establishing energy efficient communities and sustainable land use practices, a role that merges economic growth with environmental limitations.

  • Ms. Marta Pacoret Civil Engineer

    Mr. Marta is a Spanish Civil Engineer who started at ICGC as a summer intern right after finishing her Postbaccalaureate in GIS from Pennsylvania State University. Marta works at Heliopolis Community College in Seville (Spain), where she teaches Construction Surveying, Geomatics, and GIS.
