  • Etta D. Jackson Board Chair/Founder/CEO

    Dr. Etta Jackson is the Founder/CEO of The Institute for Conscious Global Change (ICGC) She holds a B.A. in Biology from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and two M.S. degrees: one in Psychoanalytic Counseling and Development from Long Island University-Brooklyn and the other in Administrative Leadership and Supervision from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She holds a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. She has been a math teacher, guidance counselor and school district desegregation coordinator for over 30 years. She is also the author of four books.

  • Jeanne-Marie Col Board Vice-Chair

    Dr. Jeanne-Marie Col holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and Government from the University of South Carolina. Since 2003 she has been Associate Professor of Public Administration at John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City University of New York where she is Academic Director of the Online master's in public administration Inspector-General Program (OMPAIG), Coordinator of the Saturday Program, and Founder/Advisor for the specialization in International Inspection and Oversight. For almost thirteen years, Dr. Col worked as the United Nations Interregional Adviser in Governance and Public Administration where she advised governments on improving their public administration systems.

  • David M. Shapiro Board Treasurer

    Mr. David Shapiro serves as a Distinguished Lecturer and Director of the MPA-Inspection-& Oversight program at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. David provides instruction in fraud examination, financial forensics, and managerial inspection and oversight-related courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels under the Department of Public Management. David is a financial and nonfinancial due diligence specialist. He is also an expert on financial investigations and law enforcement. His extensive background includes work as an FBI special agent and assistant legal advisor, an assistant prosecutor in Essex County, NJ, and the Global Practice Leader at Aon's Corporate Investigative Solutions--where he led investigations of financial crimes.

    Rosetta Scipio-Lee Rosetta 'Norma' Scipio-Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Master's degree in Public Administration. She began her working career in Trinidad and Tobago where she spent 14 years as a weekly and also daily newspaper journalist focusing and highlighting the plights and needs of the less fortunate.

  • Dr. Dimitri Argyriades Board Member

    Demetrios Argyriades is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Sorbonne. He started his career in Britain and Greece and, in 1967, joined the ranks of the international public service, working first for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and then the United Nations Secretariat. In the past 30 years, he has served as a consultant to the E.U. (PHARE & TACIS), the Bank of Greece, the Government of South Africa, UNDESA, the UNDP and other international organizations on human resources development, public service reform, ethics and democratic governance.
