  • Etta D. Jackson Board Chair/Founder/CEO

    Dr. Etta Jackson is the Founder/CEO of The Institute for Conscious Global Change (ICGC) She holds a B.A. in Biology from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and two M.S. degrees: one in Psychoanalytic Counseling and Development from Long Island University-Brooklyn and the other in Administrative Leadership and Supervision from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She holds a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. She has been a math teacher, guidance counselor and school district desegregation coordinator for over 30 years. She is also the author of four books.

  • Jeanne-Marie Col Board Vice-Chair

    Dr. Jeanne-Marie Col holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and Government from the University of South Carolina. Since 2003 she has been Associate Professor of Public Administration at John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City University of New York where she is Academic Director of the Online master's in public administration Inspector-General Program (OMPAIG), Coordinator of the Saturday Program, and Founder/Advisor for the specialization in International Inspection and Oversight. For almost thirteen years, Dr. Col worked as the United Nations Interregional Adviser in Governance and Public Administration where she advised governments on improving their public administration systems.

  • Ms. Carol Martindale-Padmore, Esq. Board Member/Legal Advisor

    Ms. Carol Martindale-Padmore holds a LLB from the University of Guyana, Guyana, and a Post-Graduate Certification from the Hugh Wooding Law School, Trinidad.

  • Dr. Dimitri Argyriades Board Member

    Demetrios Argyriades is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Sorbonne. He started his career in Britain and Greece and, in 1967, joined the ranks of the international public service, working first for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and then the United Nations Secretariat. In the past 30 years, he has served as a consultant to the E.U. (PHARE & TACIS), the Bank of Greece, the Government of South Africa, UNDESA, the UNDP and other international organizations on human resources development, public service reform, ethics and democratic governance.

  • Randy Delbert Letang ICGC's Global Envoy at the UN

    Randy Delbert Letang is the President and CEO of SGP BioEnergy, a global integrated bioenergy products development company which drives tangible solutions leveraging existing infrastructure to create industrial, economic, and humanitarian impact. Randy is responsible for overall global bioenergy business strategy, supply chain development, and execution. Randy is a proud first generation, Caribbean-born entrepreneur, financier, and operator recognized as a seasoned executive providing vision, strategic direction, and tactical implementation for launching, growing and re-positioning high-potential start-up and mature companies.

  • Gregory LeMaire GeoDesign Associate

    Greg LeMaire is GeoDesign Associate at The Institute for Conscious Global Change (ICGC). In his role Greg is helping advance the mission of MEP, to fundamentally change the way humanity lives in and creates their environment, using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Geo-design.

  • Mr. Kenny Lohr Project Manager and GIS Administrator

    Kenny Lohr is a GIS professional currently employed by the City of Titusville, Florida. In Titusville, Kenny has served as the City's GIS Coordinator since January of 2008. In that capacity, he has implemented a ground-up GIS which services multiple departments througout the City.

  • Mr. Milind Joshi Server Administrator

    Milind Joshi is the founder of 'Multistream Software Consultancy', a technology consulting company based in Mumbai, India. He has more than 25 years experience in the information technology field, working in a multicultural environment.

  • Mr. Brian Ledder GeoDesign Lead

    Mr. Brian holds a Bachelor of Art in Architecture and a Master of Science in Geodesign. He leverages these skills sets as a real estate developer committed to establishing energy efficient communities and sustainable land use practices, a role that merges economic growth with environmental limitations.
